EZ EarthWorm
EZ Earthworm (EZW) is ISTI’s exclusive Earthworm package designed to make Earthquake monitoring easier.
For over 25 years, ISTI has provided comprehensive Earthworm services. While Earthworm is a fantastic earthquake processing package, it can be difficult to manage. The EZW tool encapsulates ISTI’s knowledge and lessons learned, making an Earthworm system more accessible to system administrators and analysts.
EZW’s graph view below shows messaging pathways and status at-a-glance. Whether novice or expert, EZW users adding stations can expect to save time and reduce configuration errors. It’s easy to modify any Earthworm systems online with EZW; no command line is necessary!
EZW also provides a dedicated catalog event web view to enable analysts to monitor system processing progress and catalog growth.
Our latest EZW, version 2.0, includes the add-module and add-station wizards, a vastly improved config-file text editor, a better user interface, and easier installation. EZW’s 2.0 server is compatible with Windows, Linux, and macOS. EZW clients connect with secure SSL on any web browser – mobile or desktop.
